Over, History, Down the road, Hasta la vista, Gone Bye-Bye. The 2013 Lower Town Arts and Music Festival is now.... just a memory. A GREAT memory!! We have so many people to thank. Without the support of this great community in Paducah, Kentucky it never would be what it was... the greatest little art Festival you ever saw! Thanks... everyone!

Festival Info:

The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival in Paducah, Kentucky is THE regional Festival for Western Kentucky and the surrounding area. The Festival's mission is to celebrate the cultural richness of this part of the country. We know we have a great thing going on here and we want to present it to you every year at the Festival in Lower Town... regional music, art, theater, food! We have a great Children’s Area this year so bring the whole family! Admission is FREE.

In 2012 and again in 2013, this Festival was selected as one of the Top Ten Spring Festivals in Kentucky by the Kentucky State Tourism Bureau.
