The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival in Paducah, Kentucky is THE regional Festival for Western Kentucky and the surrounding area. The Festival's mission is to celebrate the cultural richness of this part of the country. We know we have a great thing going on here and we want to present it to you every year at the Festival in Lower Town... music, art, theater, food!

Shop the Galleries!

Lower Town is a great place for artists to live and work. Find out by stopping by the galleries of Lower Town during the Festival and at any time of year. The galleries of Lower Town have special hours on the second Saturday of each month. See the Paducah Renaissance Alliance site for details.
