- Saturday, May 19 10:00 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
- Sunday, May 20 noon-5:00 p.m.
The Festival is ON!! What a first night... huge crowds, great music, art, food. Chicago Dogs!! Saturday is going to be SMOKIN'!

The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival in Paducah, Kentucky is THE regional Festival for Western Kentucky and the surrounding area. The Festival's mission is to celebrate the cultural richness of this part of the country. We know we have a great thing going on here and we want to present it to you every year at the Festival in Lower Town... regional music, art, theater, food! We have a great Children’s Area this year so bring the whole family! Admission is FREE.
This Festival was selected as one of the Top Ten Spring Festivals in Kentucky by the Kentucky State Tourism Bureau.

Lower Town is a great place for artists to live and work. Find out by stopping by the galleries of Lower Town during the Festival (see special hours link here) and at any time of year. The galleries of Lower Town have special hours on the second Saturday of each month. See the Paducah Renaissance Alliance site for details.
