Festival Tear Down
Event Chair: Annie Hall
Lower Town Arts and Music Festival relies on dedicated volunteers to bring you accessible community arts and music programming every year! Volunteer shifts are typically 2-3 hours and happen Thursday May 14 - Sunday May 17, 2020.
VOLUNTEER AREAS
Thursday Set-up
Helping set up logistics (trashcans, booths, etc) the day before the festival begins
Gatekeepers
Working the entrances to count attendees and give out general information.
Street Saints/Booth Sitters
A flexible group of volunteers that help relieve artists for a break, help with general festival logistics, and just about any random small task.
Ice/Water
Help distribute water and ice to vendors, artists, musicians and volunteers.
Texaco Station - Festival Epicenter
Hang out at the Texaco station to give out general information about the festival and sell Festival T-Shirts, water bottles, and music merch.
Sunday Take-down
Helping clean up and take down all logistics the day after the festival ends
Children’s Pavilion
Getting covered with glitter and glue with community kids!
